Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, browsing, or otherwise using any service offered by anyyvibe Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service together with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations that apply to you. Should you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must refrain from using anyyvibe Store's website, application, and services. Where you access our services as a representative of a company or other legal entity, you affirm that you hold the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Use of the Website

You may use anyyvibe Store's services solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes, unless anyyvibe Store has granted you prior written authorization to do otherwise. When using our platform, you must not:

• Breach any federal, state, or local law or regulation, including consumer protection statutes and product safety requirements
• Send unsolicited advertising, promotional content, or spam through our platform
• Seek unauthorized entry to our systems, customer accounts, or inventory databases
• Misrepresent yourself as any individual or organization, including anyyvibe Store personnel or fellow customers
• Deploy automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to harvest pricing, inventory, or customer information from our platform
• Submit fraudulent, excessive, or harmful orders, including orders placed without any intention of receiving the goods
• Resell anyyvibe Store products for commercial purposes without obtaining our express written consent

Product Information and Pricing

anyyvibe Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability information accurate and current. If a mistake appears in product details, pricing, or availability, we may correct that mistake and cancel any orders affected by the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For products that naturally vary (such as handmade items or goods made from natural materials), minor differences in size, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and safety warnings are provided for reference only; anyyvibe Store cannot guarantee that products are entirely free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Availability of products may differ depending on your delivery zone, chosen pickup location, and selected time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent upon product availability and acceptance by anyyvibe Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your delivery zone and selected time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and valid government-issued photo identification will be required at delivery or pickup. Should an item in your order be unavailable, we will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable substitute or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on anyyvibe Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "anyyvibe Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to anyyvibe Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any anyyvibe Store content without our express written permission. User-generated content (including product reviews, photos, and comments) that you submit to our platforms may be used by anyyvibe Store for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify anyyvibe Store of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You are also responsible for supplying accurate, current contact, delivery, and payment information when placing orders, and for ensuring that any special instructions, eligibility requirements, or product-specific conditions you submit are truthful and complete. If you place an order on behalf of a third party, you alone are responsible for confirming that the third party satisfies all legal eligibility requirements for the purchased products, including age restrictions for restricted goods.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, anyyvibe Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services, including but not limited to damages for incidental loss or delivery delays. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from a single transaction shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the products or services in question. anyyvibe Store is not liable for failures or delays in service resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, severe weather, public health emergencies, or third-party carrier delays.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of anyyvibe Store's services shall first be submitted to anyyvibe Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

anyyvibe Store reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using anyyvibe Store's services prior to the effective date of the changes.
